The Rosewood Studio — Comfortable & Quiet Maleny Accommodation

The Rosewood Studio is a newly completed suite, similar in size and layout to a compact hotel room. It does not include a kitchen but offers a very comfortable queen bed made up with luxurious 100% cotton sheets for a restful night’s sleep.

Tea & Coffee Facilities

The studio features a small counter area with a kettle for tea and coffee, plus a bar fridge for drinks and snacks.

While there’s no kitchen, guests can use the microwave in the laundry room, along with extra plates, cutlery, and a separate dining room shared by all guests — perfect for preparing and enjoying meals during your stay.

Ensuite Bathroom & Amenities

Enjoy a generous, fully tiled ensuite bathroom equipped with a hairdryer.

All apartments at The Guesthouse provide unlimited free WiFi, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and maximum sound insulation to ensure your peace and quiet.

Access & Group Bookings

Two entry doors allow access — one to the external covered walkway by the car parking, and one to the ground-level common area room.

For larger groups, the Rosewood Studio is available alongside three other apartments and The Residence, which sleeps seven. Please enquire about special group rates.
