On the street level is The Residence, a charming three-bedroom 225sqm house originally built in the 1920’s and meticulously restored with detailed period refinement.
Bedrooms One and Two have Queen Beds and ensuite access. Bedroom three has a double bed. The fourth bedroom is a charming interior study. It does not have external windows but opens to the corridor only.
We know you want a good night’s sleep so all beds have plush topping and are made up with the finest organic cotton linen.
The lounge has two seating areas, comfortably seating eight to ten people and features period chandeliers and light fittings. The wood burner fireplace will be stocked up for your use in the winter and AC is available year round.
The kitchen is an entertainer’s delight with double wall mounted ovens, a five burner magnetic induction cook top, double Dishdrawers, granite bench top, and bamboo flooring. A separate dining room off the kitchen will seat six to eight people, opening out to a spacious north facing balcony which features another dining table.
Onsite parking is available for eight cars.
