The Guesthouse Policies

Our Maleny stay comprises various accommodation options to suit single guests, couples and small groups. Our rooms can be booked individually or the entire property may be booked for the exclusive use of you and your guests.

We do not live on property. In the event we are unavailable we will have a representative to meet you. There are also key lock boxes available for late arrivals. We will provide all details to you before your arrival confirming expected timings for a comfortable stay.

THINGS TO NOTE:

  • Following the booking confirmation, we will send you a detailed directions how to find The Guesthouse

  • To ensure the comfort and quiet enjoyment of our guests, we do not accommodate pets.

  • We do not accommodate bookings for hens or bucks events.

  • Entire property bookings grant exclusive use to the facilities including common areas.

  • For the comfort of all guests, The Guesthouse is a smoke-free property.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

We ask for 25% deposit on receiving the booking with the remaining 75% payable 15 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation and refund of deposit is allowed up to 15 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation within the last fifteen days is not eligible for a refund.
